Level 3: Master Practitioner Program (MPP)

Purpose:

Prepare learners to lead advanced, real-world applications of Positive Psychology through systemic integration and innovation.

Description:

Master Practitioner programs are designed for professionals leading complex, high-impact applications of Positive Psychology across sectors such as education, healthcare, business, and government. This level is typically aligned with master’s-level academic programs or advanced train-the-trainer certifications.

Participants engage in specific projects, fieldwork, or consultative assignments that integrate theory, data, and experience. Projects address questions such as: How can Positive Psychology be embedded in curriculum?  What does a strengths-based leadership model look like in a corporate setting? How can wellbeing initiatives can be large scale societal campaigns towards a measurable societal impact?

Learners refine core competencies in organizational leadership, evaluation, systems thinking, and sustainability. They are expected to independently design inclusive interventions, make strategic decisions, and adapt to feedback in real time. Programs prepare graduates to lead wellbeing strategy, shape organizational cultures, and mentor others.
